So I know I’m totally behind on blogging. This is definitely the area that gets pushed to the back burner when everything is backed up and this fall has been crazy, that’s for sure. November and December I will be playing catch up as I’m sooo excited about some of my recent sessions and weddings!! But for now… here is a small sampling of one of the engagements I’ve been working on!
Meet Addison. Truly a free-spirit! She was moving all over the place and gave me more smiles than I could ask for! I got to know her mom, Amy, when I shot her maternity pictures over a year ago (You can view them here). Amy and I became good friends and it’s been so much fun to watch Addison grow. I was so thrilled to take Addison’s one-year photos and thought they perfectly captured Addison’s spunky little spirit. Here are some of my favorites!
Danielle was one of the sweetest brides I’ve gotten the chance to work with. I mean the sweetest… she just oozed it. And, her personality was so genuine… I just loved getting the chance to know her! So on top of a great couple and a gorgeous day, Danielle & Matt planned out a photographer’s dream schedule. No rush, lots of time for pictures… and then lots more time for pictures! It was a beautiful, wonderful, no-stress, gorgeous day, and we got some great shots!
I got the chance to photograph Nick & Emily who are getting married next July.. unfortunately I was already booked but I was excited when Emily still asked me to do their engagements! (Which I Love). They met in collage having a mutual friend on their dorm floor. They were obviously in love.. and it was so much fun watching their playful interaction. Here are some of my favorites…

Zack and Ashley are high school sweethearts. They hung out in the same crowd all through high school but didn’t start dating until halfway through. What was really cool, was that their entire wedding party was their group of friends in high school! They had all known each other for so long and remained close. That makes for some sweet chemistry for bridal party pictures. Here are some of my favorites from the day. Ashley, thanks for letting me be apart of your day… you made a gorgeous bride!

These are awesome! I can’t wait to see them ALL. I especially like the one of you too kissing in the church, I love the guys doing handstands, the collection of your earrings, hair etc…..I could keep going on.
