Okay, so maybe I got sick of posting my new couples onto my somewhat lame facebook group… so I caved. I got a blog and here it is. Welcome to my blog.
The purpose of this blog is to post my newest couples/sessions/weddings on here so I don’t have to constantly update my website. Which can prove to be somewhat painful. So, I thought that I would start it out with an engagement session I did a couple weeks ago, Jake and Lindsay. Lindsay, Jake and I know each other somewhat through the college ministry, Fuel, I’m apart of here in Bloomington. I was thrilled when they asked me to do their wedding because, as you can tell, they are a fabulous couple! I was just as thrilled when Lindsay took me to her family’s house for our engagement session. Though we just missed the full bloom of the trees, I loved, loved, LOVED this spot. So here they are!
yay!! i get to be one of the first to comment on your new blog!! congrats again on such a great job with your business – i’m so proud of you, jamie. i will look forward to stalking you frequently and checking out all your latest work.

Pardon the understatement as words are failing me: your photography is breathtaking!
Holy cow Jamie, you are so talented! I’m so happy for you, your photography looks like a huge success! I’ve been keeping you in mind whenever I hear of friends/family in need of photographers :o) I can’t wait to see more of your work!

Jamie, you’re so wonderful in everything you do! Congrats on starting a blog and it looks great so far!! 🙂
These are great, Jamie! I love the rich, brilliant colors! Your creative angles make your photos so interesting. I love the hammock shots … with the feet … and through the ropes. But some of my favorites are the pumpkin shots! What Fun!!! — Gale
Question: Jamie, what lens are you using in the last photo — and what aperture?
Hey Gale, the last photo I’m using my 70-200 at 2.8 1/320th – thanks!
Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
I enjoy your site and I have bookmarked it, Kind Regards
