Welcome to the launch of my NEW logo!
Da Da Dah! It’s finally here! I wanted to change things up a bit in 2011 so am starting the year off with a brand new look! I feel like it better reflects the style of photography I’ve come to create – the cleanness, timelessness, and romance captured in the photos of Jamie Grant Photography.
2011 is going to bring about some sweet new things for my clients as I’ve revamped and reorganized a lot of how I operate. Not only do I have a whole new look, but there are some great new deals and packages in store for my clients!
One of the newest things I’m most excited about is a partnership with an incredible organization called Living Water International. Many of my clients know that the last two years I’ve supported Forget Me Not Ministries in Tinca, Romania. It’s been incredible to partner with them but now look forward to this new endeavor with Living Water. In 2011, 10% of every package or print purchased will be donated for the cause of digging wells to help provide clean drinking water for the almost 1 billion people around the world that don’t have the luxury of having clean water whenever they want. Unsanitary water is a global crisis and claims 1.8 million lives each year, nearly 5000 a day! Living Water partners with villages around the world to ease this crisis.
I’m so excited to get started and begin some well-diggin with all my clients!! I hope to keep everyone posted along the way! Feel free to visit Living Waters website at www.water.cc/ in the meantime!
Meanwhile….here’s some water facts for you:
*884 million people in the world do not have access to safe water. That’s 1 in 8 people!
*The simple act of washing hands with soap and clean water can reduce diarrheal diseased by over 40%
*Water-related disease is the second biggest killer of children worldwide.
*The weight of water that women in Africa and Asia carry on their heads is commonly 40 pounds, the same as the average airport luggage allowance.
Aaaand since I had a couple photos that seemed appropriate…. here they are 🙂
